Our neighbour had begun logging part of the forest behind our property, so I came up with the idea of the jungle lodge and treehouse accommodations.

The idea is to give guests the chance to get a real back to nature rain forest eco experience, and to show them Carib and Dominica traditional living practices.
With the help of a friend, Gavin Rose, of NS Optimum, the computer firm from the UK that were instrumental in the success of our S.L.I.C computer mission Dominica, I bought a small part of the forest and the Rosalie Eco forest retreat jungle lodge accommodation was born.
The jungle lodges are set deep in the forest, and provide an incredibly unique experience to be at one with nature. The trail to reach them is a mixture of steep steps and uphill, wide, windy trails and takes about 15 minutes on foot from the main property, to total seclusion and tranquillity.
The Forest retreat runs side by side its sister project 3 Rivers, and all services from both properties are available to all guests. At the moment I am trying to find a way to purchase my brother shares, merge the two companies, and continue the path already begun.
